The Old New Inn is an 18th Century, Grade II listed property situated in the village of Bourton-on-the-Water, often referred to as the ‘Venice of the Cotswolds’

Dating back to 1712, this former coaching inn has recently undergone extensive refurbishment to provide 8 high quality bedrooms, all en-suite, and fitting for today’s discerning traveller. There is a light and airy breakfast room, where, a locally produced and sourced menu offers great breakfasts before you depart for a day of sight-seeing.

Overnight guests will have the opportunity to visit the World Famous Model Village after breakfast, and before the attraction opens its doors to the general public.

The bar and restaurant at the property are being refurbished, with a planned opening in late 2019/early 2020, but there are many local restaurants for lunches and dinners, and your hosts, Andrew and Julie will happily recommend something to suit your tastes and budget

The Old New Inn boasts 8 en-suite letting rooms, one a single bedded room, two available as Twin or Super king bedded rooms, 4 doubles, and one Junior Suite with a sitting room with sofa bed.

All rooms have high quality Egyptian cotton bed linen, tea and coffee making facilities in t he room, flat screen TV’s with Freeview TV channels. Our teas and coffees (and our biscuits!) are all Fairtrade, and our free bathroom toiletries are all ethically sourced as well as Fairtrade. Each room has a small refrigerator with fresh milk.

Most rooms have views of the River Windrush, and all overnight guests are able to have access to the World-Famous Model Village pre-opening to the general public.
There is free parking overnight on site.

All our bedrooms are situated on the first and second floors of this 18th century property, with the second floor rooms having sloping ceilings and bags of character.
We are part way through our refurbishment project having acquired the business at the end of 2018, and are planning to re-open the bar and restaurant side of the business in late 2019/early 2020.

Breakfast is available in our Dining room, where we have selected menu ingredients using locally sourced, grown or produced foods, ensuring you have the best start to your day!
